Student Release
- Student Release and Intellectual Property Form. All participating 21st CCLC sites must have signed release forms for each student participating in the NASA STEM Challenge. Forms must be printed and signed by 4/24/15. Completed original forms should be sent to the Y4Y Logistical Contractor via FedEx. Please contact them at Y4YNASA@seiservices.com to request a pre-paid shipping label for your forms.
We recommend that participating sites keep copies of the completed and signed release forms.

- The Image Kit described below provides photos and web banners that local sites can use. Provided as a single ZIP file, the kit includes the following items:
- Photos. These photos can be used in presentations, stickers, labels and other materials related to the NASA STEM Challenges.
- Six pictures; one related to each STEM challenge
- A background image of the sunrise over the earth
- Background/wallpaper suitable for use with STEM Challenge materials
- Web Banners. These banners can be used on school or state websites to promote the sites’ participation in the NASA STEM Challenges. The banners should link to the main NASA STEM Challenge website at https://y4y.ed.gov/STEMChallenge/NASA
