Q: Can we view a session that we previously missed?

Q: How would you recommend we do a needs assessment?
A: The Continuous Education and Summer Learning courses are especially helpful in exploring this topic. If you are looking for tools, seek out the Conducting Your Program Needs Assessment Tool from either of those courses. For a good summary of the needs assessment process, also consider Click & Go 1: Aim for Success. You can find the Click & Go options under the Learn tab.

Q: I have several staff members watching with me, but we are logged on to one computer. Will they be counted as well?
A: Yes! You can tell us their names in the chat box and their participation will also be counted.
