21st Century Community Learning Centers Design Elements

The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) design element is available for download by 21st CCLC programs. We have provided color, grayscale, and black and white formats for your use.

The design element is in the public domain, and authorization to reproduce it is granted according to the stipulations below.

  • The 21st CCLC Design Element may be used on items such as on letterhead, newsletters, websites, banners, signage, marketing materials, etc.
  • Programs must use the design element with the official colors only or in black and white or grayscale, provided to accommodate non-color printing.
  • Programs may not alter the design or content. For example, schools may not delete or change the wording of the “Soaring Beyond Expectations” tagline.
  • The design element may not be used to imply endorsement of any product, service, commodity, methodology, technique or enterprise by the U.S. Department of Education or the 21st CCLC program.
