Inclusion In 21st CCLC Environments

As part of this project, 11 implementation guides and six accompanying webinars were developed to help programs build capacity to meet the needs of all students, including students with disabilities. Featuring experts, advocates and 21st CCLC practitioners and program leaders, these materials are designed to empower you by teaching skills and strategies to help you create and sustain high-quality, inclusive programs.

21st CCLC New Director's Toolkit

Global Evaluation & Applied Research Solutions (GEARS) in partnership with the U.S. Department of Education 21st Century Community Learning Centers has created an electronic document called the 21st CCLC New Director’s Toolkit to bring together content and resources focused on the key tasks of State-level directors. The toolkit is specifically designed to provide additional support to new State Directors starting out in the complex job of overseeing 21st CCLC programs. This resource was developed with peer-to-peer contribution from seasoned State Directors to identify critical areas for early success, program priorities and challenges new directors face. The toolkit outlines a variety of director tasks including examples and guidance from current Directors and provides links to sample resources to help new State Directors successfully implement and manage 21st CCLC programs.
