Intersession Work

Hello everyone!  ITo ensure you walk away with the knowledge and skills you need to apply what we’ve learned to your work, please do the following:

1.  Go through the Introduction section of the Managing Your 21st CCLC program course.
2.  Review the tool Project Management Graphic Organizer and post it where you can refer to it when needed.
3.  Complete page one of your project planner and post an image to this thread.

Optional:
4.  Answer the questions as a reply to this thread:
    a.  What critical task/s do you believe you have the knowledge and skills to accomplish on your own without
      having to hire or use other staff.
    b.  What new information did you learn from the Introduction section of the course that wasn’t covered in our
      live event?
