Letter for parents

Hello fellow site coordinators,
I’m in my first year as site coordinator for our school. It is also the first time we’ve had 21st CCLC in our district. We’ve just had a big kick-off night that was a huge success and my worry about not having enough students involved has overnight turned to worry about not having enough clubs and staffing.
Does anyone have a letter drafted that lets families know their student is in the program, expectations, etc. I’m looking to get some ideas to add to what I already have.
