On Your Own | Day 2: Academic Intervention Activity SMART Goal
Here is our activity example from the webinar today. Can you create an Activity SMART Goal?
Program SMART Goal: By the end of the program year, at least 70% of students identified as in-need who regularly attend the 21st CCLC program will demonstrate increased mathematical abilities as measured by the beginning and end of year math benchmark tests.
4th grade Student-Level Need: Solving multipstep word problems; adding and subtracting fractions
Student Voice: Working in groups, hands-on
Activity: Math Matters! Blended Learning Math Stations
Whole Group: Review the 3 Read Protocol
Technology Station: Math Playground Thinking Blocks
Hands-On Station: Build models with fraction tiles
Instructor Station: Put together learning with instructor

Learn Excel Overachieve (Leo Club)
Program SMART Goal: By the end of the program year, 2021, at least 70% of students identified as in-need who regularly attend the 21st CCLC program will demonstrate increased mathematical and reading abilities as measured by the beginning and end of year math benchmark tests.
K-5th grade Student-Level Need: Tutoring will be offered in reading and mathemical skills. The sessions will provide students with the necessary skills and strategies that they need to master grade level content.
Student Voice: Working in groups, hands-on in I ready, Readers Theatre, Imagine Learning literacy lessons and activities for K-5th personalized learning differentiated instructions. unique and engaging experiences will increase overall attendance.
Activity: Imagine Learning
Whole Group: Differentiated instructions and lessons.
Technology Station:I Ready Math and Reading
Hands-On Station: Masterminds problem solving skills
Instructor Station: Small group Teachers at that time will adjust instruction monitoring assessment and data will be used to determine where their deficit areas are and target instruction.
Activity SMART Goal: [?] Specific Aims web and formative assessment will be used to prgress monitor the students. Teachers will adjust instruction through monitoring assessment data providing students with students with engaging and high quality quality instructions. Enrichment hour will give them the opportunity to learn social skills and how it will benefit them academcally as well.

TIME: By the end of the 2021 70% of these students are under performing who have academics gaps to fill. Working in small groups 15/1 will help students teacher ratio target instruction.
TLW (The learner will…): Kinder through 5th graders will work with the external evaluator to ensure program sucess/program on goals.
AMB (As measured by…): AIMS Web, Cayen System CLC APR report after each session to ensure NDE goals are met and academic and enrichment activites are being met to align with perfomance indicators.
