Youth Empowerment & Leadership
Description
Our YEL, Youth Empowerment and Leadership Training will focus on Life skills and The Entrepreneurial mindset. Our Training is based on the “Who owns the Ice House “philosophy and our own YEL brand. Students will use problem-based, experiential learning which accurately reflects the learning process entrepreneurs intuitively undertake. Through the process, they become self-directed in seeking solutions. Students will have the opportunity to learn in the following ways:
· PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING
· PEER-TO-PEER LEARNING
· EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
· SELF-DIRECTED LEARNING
Students will have the opportunity to develop the following skills:
