In session one of our series, we focused on Identifying Talent. We shared with you about putting together a recruitment team, budgeting for staff, linking core competencies to roles, and developing a human resources plan. Some of our participants shared the strategies and practices they will be implementing. These include developing program or site-led recruitment teams, using the guidance provided on hard and soft skills, among others. Please go ahead and add the strategies or best practices that you will be using. We can’t wait to hear from you!
