NEEDING TECH ASSISTANCE BUT NEVER GET A RESPONSE TO MY HELP DESK REQUESTS
Has anyone else had issues with completing one of the online y4y courses? I have attempted to complete the introductions section of Financial literacy about 8 times now. at least 4 times from start to finish. It will not allow me to complete 2 pages no matter if i reset it and start all over or just try to redo the page. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get that certification so i have this course completed from start to finish. I am receiving no responses to my help desk inquiries
