The Council for Chief State School Officers and National Governors Association have redesigned the site: http://www.corestandards.org/.

It contains a What Parents Need to Know and a Myths section. The short video is good for explaining CCSS to parents and staff.

Attached is Five Free Resources for Family Engagement on the topic of CCSS that the Family Engagement Resource Providers (FERP) project developed for 21st CCLCs.
