Hi Everyone,

I thought I would pass along a copy of the map form I used in yesterdays webinar.  I like to have in the Facilitator’s notebook.  I always had them transfer what student’s said from the charting paper to the one in the notebook.  After the activity was over, all the work from the notebook would be transferred into a file for that activity type so that, if in the future, we used the topic again, staff would have some information upon which to draw.
