The Department presents the following 12 Family Engagement Practices to Watch profiles developed as part of the United States Department of Education funded FERP contract with Manhattan Strategy Group. The profiles can be used as a technical assistance tool that bridges research to practice and provides real-life illustrations of programs operationalizing family engagement strategies. Each of the 12 profiles provides a brief description of the 21st CCLC program, details the family engagement strategies implemented including lessons learned and offers tips to readers to implement similar strategies.
