You will hear how program leaders out in the field have successfully staffed their sites and learn how to utilize Y4Y resources to improve your human resources procedures. After this webinar, you should be able to identify the skills and competencies needed for each staff position and utilize Y4Y resources to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
