You will hear how program leaders out in the field have successfully staffed their sites and learn how to utilize Y4Y resources to improve your human resources procedures. After this webinar, you should be able to develop an effective interview and selection process to recruit qualified and competent candidates and utilize Y4Y resources to assist with marketing open positions and conducting effective interviews.
