This webinar series presents a logical process to design and develop a high-quality program including lessons learned from experienced practitioners who have designed successful, high-quality 21st CCLC programs! During this session, participants learned how to identify ways to engage program team members; begin planning for a comprehensive needs assessment; create program SMART goals; and identify key logistics considerations. This is the third in a series of five webinars.
