Part 2: Unlocking the World of STEM

There is a world beyond the classroom! In this session you’ll walk through each component of the STEM acronym: science, technology, engineering and math. Along your journey, activity options, resource links, and practical advice for successful STEM projects will help you as you begin to think of ways to prepare intentionally-designed activities for your students. Activities and lessons from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) provide additional project ideas and resources.
