This Web site includes video content in Macromedia Flash, Apple QuickTime and Windows Media Player formats. There are also PDF downloadable documents on the site. Here is information on accessing each of those formats.

Viewing Video Content:
The default video format is Flash video. However, you may also choose either Apple QuickTime (QT) or Windows Media Player (WiMP) formats.

Captions are available in both Flash video and QuickTime formats. Windows Media Player files are also captioned, but PC users may not be able to view captions using the Windows Media Player with the Web browser Firefox. If you use Firefox and would like to view captions, change your video player settings to QuickTime or view videos in the default Flash player.

Have Javascript turned on in your browser for optimal site performance. To view the videos, you will need current versions of the plug-ins installed in your browser.

Viewing in QuickTime:
The QuickTime videos on this site require version 6 or later of the QT plug-in. You may download and install the latest version of the free QuickTime player by visiting the Apple Web site at www.apple.com/quicktime/download/.

Viewing in Windows Media Player:
The WiMP videos on this site require version 8 or later of the WiMP plug-in. You can download the latest version of Windows Media Player for Windows at www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/mp10/.

You can download the latest version of Windows Media Player for Mac at www.microsoft.com/mac/products/flip4mac.mspx.

PDF Files:
This site also includes Adobe Portable Document Files (PDF). To open and print the PDF files you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, available from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/main.html.
