Community, Unity, and Tradition: Engaging Families in Multicultural Environments

We’ll be joined by special guest Kathy Brown, who has more than 27 years of experience in education and working with English Language Learners. This showcase focused on intentional student recruitment and continuous program improvement. Attendees explored why it is important to recruit targeted students, and learned how to create enrollment criteria that connect to their program needs assessment data and SMART goals. Attendees learned about the continuous improvement cycle, and how to customize it to ensure continuous assessment, reflection and program improvement.
